Riad Mammadov trio
Riad Mammadov is a founder of full systematization of all Azerbaijani music genres, including a new part of hybrid work which combines jazz and mugham.
The pianist is the best at new and fresh jazz-mugham genre, that at the same time is combined with such music styles as cool, be-bop, funk, blues, dubstep connecting this mix with hip-hop subculture.
The Riad Mammadov trio comprised Riad Mammadov (piano), Petr Ivshin (drums), Alexander Lupachik (contrabass / bass guitar), Gorkhmaz Akhundov (tar), Mikhail Smirnov (percussion).
